La Guanaquita’s Closet accepts payment thru PayPal, Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc; Debit Card, Money Order, and Cash.  The payment is due at time of purchase. Your order will be shipped the next business day after payment is received. 

Sorry, No personal checks are accepted.  All payments will be made in U.S. dollars.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to prepare our catalog as accurately as possible, suppliers pricing may go up or down after publication and our pricing will therefore adjust accordingly. Descriptive and typographical errors are subject to correction.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise within 15 days of original purchase. However, please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing and incoming). Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. All returns must be unused and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued. Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return; write a note stating the reason(s) for the return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price towards another purchase or receive a refund.
