Vintage 1980’s Embellished with Seedbeads. Fits on top of the head. Would be lovely to wear this hat to a sophisticated tea party, or for a day at the races, or maybe even with your Sunday best for Church.  It has that Roaring 1920’s Look!

It is beautiful and has a lot of glamour. Made of synthetic straw.
